Typically it takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete any order. Depending on our workload and vendors, orders could possibly be done earlier or take a bit longer. Any order including box mounts or specialty frames such as  Prisma, or Bridger Metal Works will take 4-5 weeks. If you absolutely need it in 3-10 days, orders will include a rush fee and may be limited in selection of frames and matting. Very rarely can we complete orders in less than 3 days depending on our in-house selection and workload.

All art is kept on site, usually in protective sleeves. If you require a box mount, your art will be sent out to another location for a few weeks.

We offer UV protected glass and acrylic, acid-free mounting and matting, and archival methods according to the Library of Congress.

Since custom framing is based on an individual’s needs and selection it’s hard to average out a price. Factors include frame moulding, matting, mounting, overall size, and glass (or glazing). The best advice is to bring in your art and have us give you a more accurate cost in person.
